following on from my post when i was struggling

well i went to my nana's funeral on thursday and straight to my class at 7:30 i have lost 6lb this week and thankfully i didnt cheat or give in i could quite of easily eaten the entire buffet after the funeral but i didnt i got a bottle of mineral water from the bar ejoyed that and now i feel so much more positive having lost 6lb im now on 36lb in 6weeks. my llc said the most she knows about in the 14weeks is 69lb and im well on target for this infact cos im a week behind my class im probably infront. so im making myself a goal of getting as near to that as i can. i dont want to say beat it as if i dont i don want to think i have failed this goal is achievable.

I'm sorry - I missed your previous post, so condolences to you and yours for the loss ofyour Nan. :( But well done on you for being strong at a difficult time.

tks for all your nice comments no im not exercising as such i go on the wii fit but mainly do the balance games as they are fun. im hoping to be able to start classes with my mum when i have lost a bit more. i damaged my ankles playing hockey when i was a teenager so cant do much anyway.

dont know how its coming off so goodguess my body produces good ketones stick is really dark every week when i go.
