Lesley was my CDC when I was in Cardiff and I did do SS+ weeks with her when my losses slowed down :)

I think it might help but just worried about messing up cos I'm in the zone at the moment x

I'm found SS+ for a week - 3 products and 200 calorie meal...
I'm going to update my meals on MFP to make sure I stay on track...

Was looking for some inspiration last night and found pictures pre CWP - there are the photos that made me decide to join CWP.... My biggest was 12st 12lb - I have mostly maintained between 10-11st but never got to my end goal (this time I will)

I was 12st 12lb on them pictures - the slimmer photo is a current one so 10st 7lb (so 2st 5lb difference) :)

My SS+ meal today was 150g of chicken and 40g broccoli and 40g cauliflower.

I am Mel thank you! You? I can never keep up to dare with your diary so many comments I lose track lol..

Rest day today... I am feeling so much better for exercising - funny that they say it releases endorphins - I think it's true or just generally feel better for getting off my bum and also sticking to my diet :) x

Good that you've got into the habit and aren't stressing over your SS+ day.
 
SS+ meal today
180g king prawns and 80g salad and balsamic vinegar - it was lovely!!!
Also loving my fruit teas at the moment... Totally gone off normal brews :)
