Step 1 Sole Source Foo Fan's 30lbs to lose diary!

Rest day today - legs are killing after the run yesterday.. My official time was 40.01 - I did walk most of the way - I really struggled with my asthma (100% harder running outside than on a treadmill)

Anyway SS day today (due to no exercise)

Thought I would update my measurements:-

Waist - Start 93cm / 25th Jan - 82cm
Hips - Start 110cm / 25th Jan - 104.5cm
Bust - Start 102cm / 25th Jan - 94.5cm
R Arm - Start 33.5cm / 25 Jan - 32cm
R Thigh - Start 62cm / 25 Jan - 57.5cm





Heaviest - 12st 12lb
Re-Start 16/11/13 - 11st 9lb
Current 25/01/14 - 10st 6lb
Goal - 9st

So tried on a dress that I've never worn today and it fits :) I've had it for over 2 years but never got into it..... I need a night out now to wear it!

WHOO HOO -- fab non-scale victory.
 
Done a little bit at the gym yesterday but got cramp on the treadmill so took it easy...

Still doing SS this week - I did have a planned day off on Saturday but think I'm gonna stick to plan :)

Might have a night out with the girls on the 8th Feb instead....

Early weigh in this week - lost 1.5lb
Feeling a bit fed up if I'm honest - I am not cheating at all and only lost 3.5lb in the last 3 weeks :(

My BMI is now 27.3 - so I've still got a way to go until I reach the top end of a healthy BMI

I'm undecided if I'm having a day off tomorrow - May just have an SS+ meal as I'm visiting family.

I know I'm losing inches as my size 16 tops are too big to wear now and I'm fitting into my smaller wardrobe - but the scales are getting to me!!

Hi Foo -- you were early and still lost 1.5 pounds. You're a small person getting very close to a healthy weigh. Those last 10 pounds are very difficult to lose. Weight training should help. SS+ too. You go to low your metabolism slows. Enjoy your weekend.

My goal is to lose another 18lb - but that's the thing it's "my goal" my body mind be thinking otherwise lol... At least it's coming off and I think SS+ might be more realistic for me when I'm feeling like this... Especially on days that I exercise..

Had an omelette this evening as a treat (also ate 2 fizzy cola bottles) I can honestly say that's the first cheat I've had since Xmas day!
I am in the zone at the moment don't want anything to mess this up !

You'll see the scales drop don't worry hun, are you still exercising? I find it does make the loss slow down sometimes. Keep the faith hun x
