Food and exercise diary...

    Hi everyone! Just thought I'd document all my exercise and food throughout the week...some people might want to follow it if I'm successful!!!

    MONDAY
    Breakfast - banana
    Lunch - chicken casear salad
    Tea - chicken and bacon carbonara
    LOADS of water



    Exercise
    • 3 mile walk
    but usually it will be...
    • 15 mins on exercise bike
    • 10 mins on cross trainer (ouch)
    • 20 ab curls
    • 20 side bends
    • 20 press ups
    • general stretches
    • 6 lengths of brisk walking in pool
    • 30 lengths swimming
    It sounds like a lot but I've really got used to it now. I've found it really improves my mood and when I miss a day, I really feel the difference!

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :D

    Nobody ever replies to me on here...am I doing something wrong?
