    RED DAY

    HE A choice
    350 skimmed milk
    42gm kerry low low cheese

    HE B choice
    2x weetabix
    2 slice warburton wholemeal bread(400gm)

    B-weetabix & banana

    L-steamed cod,cauli,carrots,broccoli & spring onion
    apple,plum,pear,kiwi with brooklea f/f yog

    S-orange

    D-Ham,spinach leaves(raw) tomatoe,cucumber,beetroot,courgettes,spring onons,boiled eggs & gratered cheese

    S-2 slice toast with (R/S) jam 1tbsp, low fat marg 1tbsp & apple.

    Tea,coffe.water,diet energy drink, herbal tea & sweetner.
