In dire need of a new start, there's no time like the present and I need to make myself accountable otherwise I'm one of those "if no-one see's it then it didn't happen!"

Breakfast
Mushroom Omelette & Baked Beans

Lunch
Noodles and plenty of mixed veg
Soy sauce

Dinner
Tesco Healthy Living Baked Potato Cheese & Chives = 2.5 Syns
Yoplait Cottage Cheese
Total so far = 5 syns

Supper
Homemade Synfree Rice Pudding

A = 300ml 1%Milk, 300ml 1%Milk
B = 1tbsp oil, 1x Fibre Plus Bar

Cottage Cheese
2x Cup of tea

Lunch
Mushroom Omelette with cheese, chives and baked beans

Costa Medium Skimmed Milk Hot Chocolate = 6 syns
Total = 7

Dinner
Pasta Bake! om nomnom (onion, mushrooms, courgette, passata, spices and garlic) topped with cheese

Supper
Options Hot Chocolate = 1.5 syns
Aerosol Cream = 0.5 syns
Pink & White = 2.5 syns
Total so far = 11.5 syns

I wasn't very hungry this morning, I'm trying to alter my sleeping/waking pattern to match my new shifts and my lord am I tired.

Pasta bake from yesterday evening, I have a bit left over for a snack after I go shopping.

1x Weight Watchers Yoghurt - Strawberry
1x Medium Costa Hot Chocolate - Skimmed Milk = 6.5 Syns
