Breakfast - Banana, pear, plum & coffee with splash milk (part of HEX A)
Lunch - Chicken mug shot & can diet coke.
Dinner - Cous cous, pork, peppers & SW chips.
Snacks - 2 x Coffee with splash milk (part of HEX A), 2 x Ryvita (HEX B) with turkey.
