T - sprouts, cauli, broccoli, stewed steak

Snacks - 2 Ww choc eclairs (removed the choc as don't like so hoping are 3 syns each not 4?) so 6 syns

12 - Iceland chicken in gravy (0.5 syn) with steamed bag of veg. (broccoli sweet corn carrot) Mullerlight, 2 x kiwi
6.30 - bacon medallions , 2 poached eggs, dry fried mushrooms, 2 x whlml (hexb)

4.5 syns so far so will be having 4 syns as skips, 2 Ww chic exlairs assuming 6 syns as remove top layer as don't like the choc

Sunday 29th January

Then..... Wasn't actually hungry after that but as my evil none fat OH & friends were all tucking into a garlic bread pizza & repeatedly telling me how nice it was & I should just have one piece.......
I grabbed skips (4 syns) and Ww small bag of oat cookies (4 syns? I think)
Think this was a good choice as the alternative was eating the pizza type thing or an extreme blast of violence for waving it in front of me.

Just proves I always need to carry emergency supplies as if I had no sw suitable alternatives would no doubt have eaten the pizza!
 
Monday weigh in.....

Lost 3lb!! And inches numbers starting to come down nicely!

Wk4 - 3lb loss

So 9 lb lost so far in jan - let's hope can get the same amount off

Didn't really need the last bag of crisps but like to have something to munch on whilst watching shameless ;)

Not at all hungry and it's 22.15 so may not need the syns after all....

5 - skips (4 syns) was meant to be pack of prawns for lunch but the stupid things wouldn't defrost and was at a friends so options were frozen prawns or skips!

Bag of steamed veg carrot, cauli sweet corn - and another cod fillet as the one in the youngs pack is too small to fill me when as hungry as I was earlier!

Weigh in - 3lb off so 12 in total ;)

Upping the fish intake for the next week to allow for * week, plus taking the oh for a Chinese buffet on wednesday for his birthday, will not be behaving but I'm happy with that as feel it's worth every little syn!
Also out with the ladies on Saturday daytime, heading for Brazilian BBQ in Manchester so food will be fine (25 different types of meat brought to the table!) so I shall be leaving loads of room for gin as a treat
Since jan 1st I have only had alcohol once and had one treat so not feeling too naughty as its all weighed up and totally worth it - reduced syn usage the other days ;)

Dread to think how many syns but thoroughly enjoyed so worth every single one! The Ww Swiss rolls were due to bring stuck at garage waiting for stupid car to be fixed were closest things to suitable in the local shop - the Chinese buffet has been planned since before starting sw on 1 st jan - hopefully I won't feel the need for another for a while!
