Planning on mixing up food as much as possible next week, gym Monday, Wednesday, possibly Friday and one day at the weekend. Bought a bikini today so the incentives are high!
Only seven weeks until I have to wear it in public!
Need to lose one more pound to be in the 12's, two more for total two & a half stone
No nights out planned for a while so aiming for a 100% couple of weeks
