Yep, have costume envy as I think the OH's better than mine! Will have to crank up the make up to compete! Thoroughly looking forward to a night off plan, there's some large trays of hot pot being delivered and I'm gonna dive straight in!

Friday - OFF PLAN

Then it got naughty........
Very late so tea ended up being chippy
Half a portion of Chips & gravy and barm

At the party there was hot pot with a massive fat crust so I had a large portion of that, with a slice of crusty bread to wash it down

Piece of chocolate cake

Approx 7 pints

OFF PLAN
Saturday will be extra easy so I can have some of the hot pot leftover (obviously no crust!) just the hot pot is free on extra easy

Best bit - hot pot, mmmm
Worst - felt really **** tired and bloated as I ate my trigger foods - bread, barmcakes etc
On the bright side it stopped me drinking as much as I would have as i felt so bloated and tired, so no hangover!
All the costumes were great so the snow didn't ruin anything!

Plan for this week - need 2lb off to be at 2 and a half stone
Going to vary food as much as possible
Am making a pan of soup (celery & mushroom) but may well have this for breakfast / tea rather than dinners, trying to confuse my body a bit!

I wish this snow would do one then I can get my bike out properly!
I have finally given up on the idea of going camping bank holiday weekend - screw you weather!

Planning on mixing up food as much as possible next week, gym Monday, Wednesday, possibly Friday and one day at the weekend. Bought a bikini today so the incentives are high!
Only seven weeks until I have to wear it in public!
Need to lose one more pound to be in the 12's, two more for total two & a half stone
No nights out planned for a while so aiming for a 100% couple of weeks
