Planning on having a fish week as its also star week so seems my best chance of a loss!!!
Feeling very bloated so looking forward to being back on it ;)

i've only ever done EE days and interested in doing red or green days

Red days meat is free, majority of veg is free, you need to syn potatoes, pasta, bread although can have limited amounts of these as a B option
On red and green you get two B and two A
There is a sticky that explains this in the slimming world section, sorry I can't post link as on phone
Red is good if you want to limit your carbs, if you are a carb fiend you're better looking at green days

I'll second that!

The weight just flew off you on return, well done! Just goes to show how good the plan is if you follow it ay?! Hope you are being good this weekend...?! :) xx

Farmageddon is specially set up for Halloween every year near Liverpool, features three different haunted house type scenarios, it's really professionally set up, lots messing with the senses! Was great, zombies and evil clowns jumping out from everywhere!
There was plenty exercise - including running from a man with a chain saw!

My dinner was SO nice I just had to upload it!

Resisted all the treats in the cinema to come back and eat an omelette (mushroom, spinach, bacon)
