So 2 stone 9 pound off

27 days before I go away - want to make it 3 stone exactly so 5lb to go!

Went to the Trafford centre and managed not to buy a KFC - possibly a first for me!

Need four more off for three stone off - not bad as not been gym this week will up exercise to speed things up

Gym was half arsed attempt at best - in a lazy vile hungry mood so assuming PMS is sneaking up! Stupid cerazette can't plan ahead but my mood says ones due!
Will be sinking some nice cold pints of lager tomorrow night as out for someone's birthday
The 'flexi syn' plan is drink as many as I can ;)
Good behaviour otherwise for rest of the day planned, I don't drink often nowadays so like to drink lots when I do ;)
