Food diary - mainly red days

Enjoy ouch!! ;) I like their chicken and bacon salad (maybe with no dressing?) or I'm are they'd do a steak or chicken dish... You could always go green and have the bean chilli? ;)

Oh and lol to the clone roses :-D

Pub lunch didn't happen as cancelled by the other person - thankfully I had almost planned for this and taken barms just in case! Although the crisps have taken me over syns it's probably better than if I had gone the pub as a pint would have been guaranteed!
Plenty pints tomorrow - intend to be good until I get there! Seems weird thinking its probably the last time in my 20's I will bs going out in Manchester - so plan on enjoying it not synning it

Plenty of pints!
Followed by half a garlic bread and cheese pizza which I thoroughly enjoyed!

OFF PLAN
Quite a successful day, up early to go the garage for a new remap, hence hifis were only thing handy there
Clone roses was great fun, plenty of body magic jumping around there
 
Sneaky WI earlier was 174 - target for 3 stone is 173...... Shame I'm gonna weigh loads more tomorrow after getting leathered tonight!

Off plan day looked great, and you prob burnt a lot off jumping around to the clone roses! :-D

Went shopping in Wigan when hunger got the better of me - ended up manhandling a late sausage roll - unsure of syns but assume it is a lot!

Skinny latte (A1)

Went to friends and made tea for four of us as it is her birthday, had fajitas and wedges which went down well with everyone

Chicken, peppers, ww wrap (5.5)
SW spicy wedges (B2)

Ww mini roll (4.5) as the others had birthday cake

Then got home and still got the munchies......

Saturday morning was 174 - that's some amazing bloat!!!!

Been to Wetherspoons had a plan chicken salad..... Was surprisingly nice!

Feeling VERY bloated after the weekends carb fest, hence cutting them back for the next few days. Loving the jerk chicken, will be having that again!
