Just realised I haven't updated my food diary this week - been extremely busy with work and home - although I am pleased to say it is has been a good week!
Started again on Monday at 209 pounds, WI FRiday morning at 203 pound - not bad!

Takeaway kebab with chicken lettuce and cheese A2. White pitta for 7 syns

2 x hifi lght B1 milk in drinks A1
Wholemeal sandwich B2 with ham, flat peach and 2 small apples
Baked sweet potato 1.5, cheese A2, Gammon
kinder bar 6.5, hoops and crosses 4.5
Thursday (syns 19.5, A x 2, B x 2)
Bacon, fried egg 1, whlml toast B1, milk in drinks A1
Whlml bread B2 and ham, chicken, lettuce, cheese A2, white pitta 7.5

Friday morning weigh in was at 203, so 6 pound down from Monday's restart. It feels odd to be typing this on a laptop, I have only ever used the app before so this feels a little strange!
