Sneaked off camping for the weekend on Friday
Food was reasonably suitable - amount of lager drank was not!
Wi 209 again!
Also have 33 bites from some evil little corn fly - good excuse to invest in a fire pit though!

Just realised I haven't updated my food diary this week - been extremely busy with work and home - although I am pleased to say it is has been a good week!
Started again on Monday at 209 pounds, WI FRiday morning at 203 pound - not bad!

food for the week as follows.......

Tuesday (syns 12.5, A x 2, B x1)
Hifi light x 2 B1 milk in drinks A1
Wholemeal sandwich B2 with ham
Takeaway kebab with chicken lettuce and cheese A2. White pitta for 7 syns

Wednesday (syns 12.5, A x 2, Ax 2)
2 x hifi lght B1 milk in drinks A1
Wholemeal sandwich B2 with ham, flat peach and 2 small apples
Baked sweet potato 1.5, cheese A2, Gammon
kinder bar 6.5, hoops and crosses 4.5

Thursday (syns 19.5, A x 2, B x 2)
Bacon, fried egg 1, whlml toast B1, milk in drinks A1
Whlml bread B2 and ham, chicken, lettuce, cheese A2, white pitta 7.5
kinder bar 6.5, space raiders 4.5

Friday (syns 13.5, A X 1, B X 2)
Bacon, fried egg 1, whlml toast B1

Cajun BNS wedges and salmon - yummy yummy!

Friday morning weigh in was at 203, so 6 pound down from Monday's restart. It feels odd to be typing this on a laptop, I have only ever used the app before so this feels a little strange!

Was good all last week all within daily syns (just lazy about updating)

Friday was a bad day at work - 7 pints of lager and a pizza later I felt much better!

Saturday was good until KFC for tea

Sunday was good - BBQ's at friends however with syns

Friday morning was WI at 200 so down 9lb in last two weeks

Quality behaviour resumed Sunday so hoping to maintain or hopefully small loss this Friday.

Stayed the same on Friday
Gad been really good all week then Friday had biscuits for lunch. Ended up with lager for tea, the Saturday night also turned into pub tea with lots of pints!

Just been on a bike ride (first time since April! ) to give myself a kick
14.5 miles my legs are like jelly :p

Have bought a house about six weeks ago, so unless I have been in bed I have been doing DIY! Strict timescales were in place due to the imminent arrival of nee couchee which I didnt want to get covered in paint. Couches came yesterday and we were pretty on track after plastering, sanding and painting a wood floor, painting the room as well as opening up the chimney ready for a woodburner. So all of that has kept me busy and grabbing at quick sugar hit carb based foods. Feeling very fat and gross so return to red days planned on Sunday (this weekend will be the last beer filled one for a while!)
Just starting to plan my menu ready to go.
I know red days back to front and long to back to not feeling bloated again
I reckon I am back to my highest starting weight - it shows!
Need to get some scales and get cracking now the purchase / DIY pressures have chilled out

You sound very positive about getting back on plan!
