Food Diary - need to lose a stone

Hi, I have decided to try SW again and this time stick to it. I am doing it from home, so thought the best way to track was on here by doing a food diary. Today is Day 1

Day 1 - EE

Breakfast - porridge (HEb), blueberries
Lunch - Batchelors Pasta n Sauce, mullerlight, handful of raspberries
Tea - shepherds pie with added mushrooms and tomatoes
Snacks - mullerlight, 3 x shortcake biscuits (syns), raspberries,blueberries

HEa was milk, which was part used for porridge and brews
