hello everyone :) i'm in the very early stages of pregnancy (with my third baby!) im getting married on nov 2nd :D

I know it's not very good to try to lose weight during pregnancy, more what I'm aiming for is eating healthy and properly and hopefully some extra podge may dissapear ;) im almost 14.5 stone so I couldn't bear the idea of putting on a lot of weight!

Day 1. 14st 4.5lbs 3 weeks pregnant, extra easy day :)

Breakfast: coffee (my only non decaf coffee of the day, I savour every drop lol!) milk (hex a)
Porridge (hex b) and an omelette with onion and tomatoes.

Lunch: broccoli, potatoes and gammon steak with diluting juice
