Food Diary Time!!

    Well i am on my 4th week of SW and been reading everyones diaries which i'm finding really helpful so thought it was time i put mine on to keep a track of myself and gain any advice etc.... feel free to comment and tell me off!

    Monday

    B- Alpen light bar (not a big bf eater)

    L- Chicken Salad- Cold chicken, lettuce, tomato, sweetcorn, boiled egg. Apple.
    D- Grilled Salmon, Small Jacket and lots of veg.
    Snacks- Alpen Light bar and 4 Coffees with Milk
    Exercise- Wii fit half hour or so.

    Weigh-in day- 2lb lost! wooohooo :)

    take it your doing EE?
    Dont forget your HEA. Presume your having your 2 Alpens as HEB

    yeah i am doing EE cos i work shifts so find it easier. Having 2 x Alpen light as HEB and trying to have HEA everyday - just added in 4 coffees with milk! Now gonna put up yesterday and Tues xx

    Tuesday

    B- Alpen light
    L- Chicken Salad- Lettuce, Cold Chicken, Tomato, Boiled Egg, Sweetcorn. Apple. Special K Bar (4.5syns)
    D- Jacket Potato with can of ww baked beans. Alpen light bar.

    4 x Coffees with milk (HEA)
    Exercise- 1 hour dance class

    Weds

    B- Alpen light bar HEB
    L- Chicken Salad with Tomatoes, lettuce, chicken, boiled egg.
    Apple.
    D- Grilled Trout, Brown Rice and Peppers. Alpen light bar.
    Snacks- 4 x coffee with milk (hea) and boiled egg.
    Exercise- 1 hour on wii fit.

    Thursday

    2x Weetabix with semiskimmed milk (HEA).
    L- Batchelors Minestrone Slimasoup and Alpen light bar.
    D- Grilled Salmon with Jacket Potato and Salad and prob a Babybel light.
    Exercise- walk dog

    Been really good all week as I am having an Indian Sat night so been syn-saving!! Any advice will be appreciated!! xxxxx

    Well done on your losses so far. You may want to add a snack inbetween some meals if you are still feeling hungry and add a yogurt and some more fruit. EE seems to work well if you are having enough fruit and veg. Have fun at your Indian meal on Saturday and maybe look up in the book what's the best choices to have syn wise :)

    thanks hun, i have got some babybels light in and loving them! carry around fruit at all times but dont always fancy it. lost a stone now, so happy. hope you are having a great week xx

    Remember on EE 1/3 of each meal should be superfree.

    thanks, could you please send me superfree list? not got my book on me. yeah i have been counting the slimasoups even though they should be free! grrr!! xx
