Well i am on my 4th week of SW and been reading everyones diaries which i'm finding really helpful so thought it was time i put mine on to keep a track of myself and gain any advice etc.... feel free to comment and tell me off!
Monday
B- Alpen light bar (not a big bf eater)
L- Chicken Salad- Cold chicken, lettuce, tomato, sweetcorn, boiled egg. Apple.
D- Grilled Salmon, Small Jacket and lots of veg.
Snacks- Alpen Light bar and 4 Coffees with Milk
Exercise- Wii fit half hour or so.
Weigh-in day- 2lb lost! wooohooo
