HI everyone

I've been doing ww a couple of weeks and am 8.5 pounds down so thought I'd start posting my diary on here for food so I can look back when the loss slows.

Tuesday 24th January

PP daily 38

Brekkie:
2 WW Bread, Bacon = 6pp

Snack:
Grapes = 0PP

Dinner:
Chicken soup = 2pp homemade
WW Bread = 4pp
Pineapple = 0pp

Snack:
Sunbites = 3pp
WW fruit crunble bar = 2pp

tea:
Chicken salad with feta = 8pp
Pitta = 4pp
Curly Wurly = 3pp

leaves 6pp if I need anything else. Normally a cup of tea with 1 sugar on a night and maybe a skinny cow lolly as well.

Will be drinking at least 2.5 litres of water and going to the gym for 40 minutes cardio tonight.
 
you're doing great ! I wish I could go to the gym everyday. I study and work full time and I am simply knackered after work :(
 
I work full time but am forcing myself to go on a night and i feel better for it.

Wedneday 25th January

trout with feta salad and new potatos - 11pp
curly wurly 3pp

leaves 3 pp spare

Doing bodypump tonight a one hour class x
 
Not updated for a few days. I seem to eat similar each day anyway.

Today for lunch I am having leftover roast veggies and chicken from tea yesterday 8pp and tonight I am having WW lasagne with salad & feta and 2 garlic bread slices 13pp
