ProPoints Food diary to keep me on track!

Morning all hope all are well today!!had a tiring first night back at college,this year is gonna be hard work!lol.was very happy tho that the whole of my class commented on how much weight I'd lost since june,they said my face looks so different.lol I've only lost 7lbs since breaking up from college but it must be showing,and my uniform Had loads of room in it!!

So today I have +3 to use on the weeklies so should b bit easier to do than yesterday's

Claire I started Wendy today but feckin counted wrong and used 3 from my weeklys not 2 :-(

What do u think, have I messed it up already? I did exercise for 30 mins so say I burned the one point off??

Gah!!!!plus 18 day is here,how am I gonna do this?!?if it was a weekend I'd have no prob!!

Just ate my wraps couldn't finish them both too much wrap!!unlike me I usually clear my plate lol.
Just thinking how am I gonna eat this chicken pie,gotta leve house at 4 for college and won't be home till gone 9 so may have to have pie when I get home,or grab some dinner in college.dont know what to do??!lol.there's no way I can eat dinner before I go,I'm stuffed!!haha xx
 
I think I'm on Wendy plan! Will have gone over by 13 tod already! Haha xx
 
Evening menu changed but stuck to daily points still and was still fairly healthy just can't be bothered to put it on and point it again.lol hope this Wendy plan works xx

Hi didn't have chicken pie in end couldnt fit it in after big lunch had to leave house at 4 for college and only just got back so ended up having a granola yoghurt Daurylea dunker and go ahead crispy slices instead.lol not quite a chicken pie :-( xx
 
Following Wendy too, should of had 8 more today but feel too full... It's always when u think u can't have food u want it when u can't u don't! Typical!
