Getting on well,

Lost .5 lbs this week which is nothing but I've been doing 0 exercise so going to exercise more this week and hope to loose more,

Morning all eat a lot of junk yesterday but still within my points!will be better today as college tonight so no time to snack!

Morning all!!day 6 DVD done!impressed myself doing it on a weekend,on the downside think I used rest of my weeklies last night on cider :-( couldn't do the alcohol detox!it's so hard!

WI tomorro morning feel like my tum is getting smaller with that DVD workout so hopefully will of lost something!having a beef roast for dinner yummy!!xx

Got back into 30 day shred DVD today!!did level 2 really struggled wiv it couldn't finish it,should of stayed wiv level 1 abit longer!
