ProPoints Food diary to keep me on track!

I haven't even attempted to do level 2 yet, only done level one about 5 times if that! Gonna do it tonight tho xx

Lol took me 7 times I think at level 1 to feel ready to move up!think it's gonna take longer for level 3 tho.it's good coz u can mix them around depending on how ur feeling so if your having rubbish day then level one!whereas if ur feeling super energetic level 3!lol cx
 
Haha yen that's true. Although I can't imagine feeling that energetic for level 3! Xx

I have a day off on weigh day n don't include weeklies so I'm sure u will b fine! do I had a day off plus I have gone over my weeklies by 10 xx

Oh hopefully will b ok then coz I feel like I've put weight on I feel really fat!lol.hopefully will b ok by Friday!u should b ok,ESP if ur doing the DVD!which I also need to get back into tomorro morning!:) xx

Yeh I did my workout this mornin too, haven't moved up yet tho! Is it similar work out but harder? Xx

Yeh still do it in the stages of cardio strength and abs but harder!I did level one again today but didn't break out a sweat too much so will go back to 2 again tomorro

Yeh it is gettin easier! The lunges with weights are a killer tho! Haha xx
 
Hi Claire. Gona follow your posts if thats ok. Been not doing weeightwatchers for far too long and gona try and get back into it. Really want to. That DVD sounds like a good idea too especially with the crap weather these days.
Well done on your 2lb loss. I found WI on thurs on fri worked for me too for same reason.
Couple of questions-french toast for 1 point? how u manage that? love french toast.....
And u cooked pasta with garlic sauce last week. Whats the garlic sauce?

Hi welcome!1 point toast was ww bread for 1pp
Fried in fry light spray oil.
The pasta and garlic was off the salad counter in morissons,if u have a morissons near u then go get some it is gorge!!!I guessed the points tho.
How long U been on ww for?hav u lost much?
