Doing well :) ive only just started; its much easier on the slimming world, as I LOVE MY FOOD. Haha.
As xsugarfairyx said, stay positive, and you'll get there :)
 
Maybe they did donna, and I may try and up my syns as ppl said sometimes this helps with the weight loss and hope work improves.x

Laura, Im sure they are if u do a search on here youll find a thread explaining that i think only the layered ones are synned not sure tho x

Only lost a pound but I did have a curry in the week n alcohol oopsy! Will be stricter this week and go mad at the gym :)
