Total weight lost in 3 weeks=6lbs :)
Will drop down to 20 points a day now.
Planning on treating myself to a dominos pizza wednesday..so will save 4 points for that a day...:) and going back home for easter wednesday night so will be a lot easier hopefully to keep on track as less temptation and going out...well thats the idea n e way.

Going to my nans for tea 2nite n shes making fish pie (which is 11 in eating out guide so gonna count it as that) and she will also make dessert so more likley points will go more into minus 2day! o dear! will just need to cut bk fri sat and sun as best i can!
 
Ohhh dear im well ova my points now...went to my nans and had fish pie she made n then she'd made a plum crumble...n then i ate 3 choc mini eggs :(...lost the will power!

Goin out for meal at bistro 2mo wiv friends. Finding it harder to point at home for some reason...but still trying to keep points down and not splurge to much...want to at least STS while im at home and then maybe il be able to get bk in control and start losing a pound a week when im bk at uni....holiday booked for 14th of june!
 
Totally fell off wagon yesterday...went out for meal-choose nice fish low meal..but then i had plenty of wine...n points tend to leave my mind when iv had a few..so i got home and eat a easter egg! :eek: Woke up and was like ooooooooooo no. but o well cant do n e fing about it now...just hav to be gud from now on and hope for the best...if iv put on, which is most likley..then il just hav to draw a line under it.

Need to get back on track from next week and try and lose some-wanna get down to 10st 12lbs next sunday and make up for this 1lb on and no loss last week. will try and save some each day...know im goin out for friends bday meal somewhere wed and goin for whetherspoons breakfast fr. ooo thanks carol! :) yeh on track this week so far...hope it pays off! hope ur goin well too!
ww yogurts...toffee, vanilla (quite gud sized pots for half as well!:)) and the strawberry yoghurts which come in packs with apricot and peach and one other which have fruit at the bottom...but only the strawberry one is half in that pack..the rest are one.
