Food-glorious-food the Nocount way

Ok am going to be filling in my weekly food logs here
instead of cluttering up my regular diary so will start from yesterday as that was the start of NoCount.

Monday 19th April

Work break
so breakfast/lunch

2 tbs of natural low fat cottage cheese
with fresh strawberry and melon
and 2 Ryvita

Gammon Steak + with sauce of dijon mustard
mixed with natural yogurt
New potato
and roasted vegetables
fresh cherry with 2tbs low fat fromage frais

Evening snack
small prawn cocktail using 2tsp passata with
natural yogurt for sauce
packet of Ryvita mini's

Tuesday 20th April

Packet of breakfast biscuits ( 4pts )
fruit fromage frais Ww

Fresh seared Tuna
niscoise style ( salad of green bean, black olive & tomato)
Morello cherries
