    Hi!

tonight my gran is cooking tea. She is doing a beef and mushroom stew! I have no idea how many points i should put down for it. I know she fries the beef tho (like grans do, everything is fried) and she will put mushrooms, possibly carrots and potatoes. With some sort of gravy. Should i look up a ready meal in my w/w book and figure out the point sthat way? Write down a round about point? Or class today as using all 19 of my points up. I have had 5 1/2 points for my breakie and dinner today!

    im so confused x

Look at the ww site, I say it would be between 5-10pts for a portion.

    Thanks

I would look at the site but i not signed up eeep! Im trying to do the diet as cheap as i can! so using my friends old books! i would have said about 9 points-ish! I would only have a small portion, purely because of being aware i could go over my points!

You got a valentines day goal too!!! we have a few wks to go girl. Im hoping for half a stone- a stone! not sure if it will happen tho. Not if my gran cooks everynight! haha x x x
