Food packs

recently Ive been struggling, I dont really get hungry til the evening - even when Im not dieting. Yesterday I only managed 2, then I worried that Id slow my loss down by not having enough. Or will it make it faster?

Ive only had 2 so far today and again Im really not hungry...
You're making one basic error here you're treating your packs like food the way you would a conventional diet. You CAN'T wait til you feel hungry if you're in ketosis you might not feel hungry for days. Don't be tempted to think that you can or should skip them because you're not hungry. It's essential you have ALL your packs. You're risking your health if you don't. Don't use being busy as an excuse if you weren't on cd you'd find time to eat

Think of your packs as fuel -or medicine
Yeh I just forced myself to have another one, but I feel so full half way through if I eat anymore I feel like Im going to be sick, this is very recent and I dont really understand it.
You've got to be careful as you'll make yourself really sick. Also you won't lose weight as your body will go into starvation mode. Set 3 daily alarms on your phone and take them like medicine. Can you have the bars yet? They're much easier in the eve if you cant stomach another shake. Seriously be careful x
Yeh Im nearly at week 6! Ive been on CD lots of times and never really experienced this before. Im very hungry today tho so thats a good change I guess!
Hi girls gonna have my first milkshake of the,day now i know naughty its the masses of water that im not used to drinking lol will try setting alarm wat a good idea it happened before when i did lighter life by the end of it i was managing a terrible half a milkshake sachet a day i really do not want to end up like this again. Im going to have to force feed myself lol thanks for replies ... Oh and i never really ate during the day i would always eat on a night before xxx
