Food week...help

Hi guys,

Thursday will be Day 21 of TS for me and I'm unsure about eating food from Friday!
Do you have to do food week?
I've heard mixed reviews that it can help with weight loss week 5 but week 4 is low!
If you do - what kinda food do you eat? I was thinking on the line of eggs and chicken breasts!
Probs is I'm not hungry!! Could I do 2 packs and some chicken - or do you have to do 3 packs plus food?!

I found food week was helpful for me - I had a lot of trouble with constipation on Exante so doing food week 'freed' me a bit! Rather than doing 3 packs and a meal I just did 2 packs and a meal - I found I didn't need the 3rd pack. I stuck to salads made up of spinach leaves, cucumber, half an avocado and either steak or turkey seasoned with Cajun :)
