Total Solution Food week/Night out

I'm following the Total Solution with a couple of nights "off plan" instead of the 21 days break ... the first one is due on Saturday when the o/h is taking me away to warwick for the weekend ... this will mean a dinner out which instead of looking forward to I'm a bit worried about the possible weight gain :eek:( we've booked Zizzi as I know they have a couple of lower calories salad options and I'll go for the no bread option however am I better to go for the higher calories lower carb or higher carb lower calories?!

If you follow the TS how much difference do you find the odd meal/eating makes to the weight loss (yeah I'm hoping there are some cases where it helps the weight loss lol)
