Tomato, bacon and cheese quiche (HEXA) No superfree as I'm waiting for the shopping to be delivered!

One of these days I'll actually manage to keep a proper food diary. I don't know why I don't do it more often, I find it really helpful!

I decided to go back to group on Wednesday, tried to go it alone and failed miserably. Maybe it's the psychological aspect of it but I feel so much more secure and confident in the plan when I'm actually attending the meetings! So strange. I desperately want to get into a size 14 by Christmas. At the moment I'm still hovering between the 16 and 18 mark, more often than not 16 though. I calculated that if I can lose an average of 1.5lbs a week that I could lose almost 2 stone by then, taking me well into the 11's! It would be the best Christmas present of all!

Today's foodage:

2 x rocky road hifi bars (HEX)
Gammon steak, new potatoes, broccoli, cabbage and peas with cheese sauce (HEX + 5 syns - had a little more than needed probably!)
Bowl of mixed berries with a tsp of sweetener.

Today it was one year to go until our wedding. In my super excitedness, I thought it might be a good idea to go and try a couple of dresses on. I've looked at a few online and I have a vivid idea of what I want so I thought there's no harm in trying some on. I was going to wait until I'd lost another two stone but I thought it'd be okay to test some out now.

I felt so ridiculous! In all honesty, I just felt like a short and round chump. It's really made me realise how far I have to go to lose enough wait to make trying on wedding dresses enjoyable. I left the shop feeling really down but I also felt really motivated. Hand on heart, I am 110% committed from now on and I'm really going to raise the bar. I'm going to print off a picture of my dream dress and put it on my desk at work for extra encouragement!

I know there'll be times where it's going to be harder and there'll be times between now and then where I'll gain, but I've lost over 2 stone so far and I know I can lose the final 4.

SUPER BLOODY FOCUSED. YEAHHHHH.

Lost 4lbs! Super happy! I'm actually in the 12's! Waaaaahhhhh.

Going to splash out and make the most of my syns today! And then it's back to being super good, I'd really like to lose 3 next week and get into the 12's properly!

Bringing it in at a total of 18.5 syns :(

I know it doesn't matter too much as I don't have many syns throughout the week but I'm still a bit disappointed in myself. Pfft.

Half a kit kat (2.5 syns)
Stewed rhubarb (1 syn)

Hi Donna! Thanks. Ahh sorry about the recipe, I'm so disorganised on here lol. They didn't really taste like pork pies once I ate them! They did taste nice though.

I mushed up a can of Pek 30% Less Fat Chopped Pork (which tastes EXACTLY like the middle of pork pies!) and then made up some Smash instant mash with enough water to make it into a dough consistency, sprayed a muffin tin with some fry light and wrapped the Smash dough around a large spoonful of pork and baked until they were browned. It sort of tasted more like battered pork though! Was still yummy! Next time I'm going to try breadcrumbs and see if it's tastes any more like the hot water pastry.
