I am very fond of :

Beetroot
Low fat cottage cheese
Dried Apricots
Olives
Wafer thin chicken, turkey, ham, beef etc

Olives and Salmon, while are both good for you, neither is less than 3% fat, so not counted as low fat. Salmon ranges from 5% fat ( tends to be wild salmon) up to about 20% fat ( that's for some poor quality farmed salmon ). Olives are roughly 15% fat. While both contain good, heart healthy fats, Xenical will not differentiate between these good fats and bad saturated fats, and you may get a side effect after you eat them.

Have to say they were delicscious . Especially the carrot ones. Their natural sweetness is intensified by baking
