foooooooooood! the 'ultimate' meal plan?

Hey guys.

After almost 2 years on sw, i tend to get stuck eating the same foods for a few weeks, switch it up a bit and then stick with them for a few weeks etc..

i think iv been living off mixed bean chilli, chilli con carni, and spag bowl for well over a month now LOL

so, i WI tomo which commences my new week and my food shop.. so heres your challenge

create me a meal plan, (Extra easy) that will excite me, and preferable, aim me a good loss.

lunch and tea from thursday-tuesday.. - i work friday and tuesday, but other than those two days i am flexible to what i can eat, friday and tues less so, so needs to be somthing i can bung in micro and eat.

What about taking a nose through the EE food diaries & list all the things different that you don't usually have - then compile a list from there???
