Mmmm crispy duck pancakes = lots of syns but well worth it. Thank god for Flexible Syns!
 
Going to the pub for my mum's birthday after weigh in.... so hopefully something SW friendly - quite fancying steak and jacket potato/veg/salad to be honest - quite unusual as it's not something i'd usually pick but it's probably one of the better options when it comes to pub grub.
 
I'm having chicken stuffed with cheese, wrapped in bacon and going to try out the homemade BBQ sauce recipe with steamed green beans and hopefully another veg if I can find one lurking in the fridge! :eatdrink051:
 
I'm having an extra easy day: Gammon and SW chips for my tea tonight!
No dessert, cos I had a curly wurly to use up some syns... and may I say, that was the BEST way to do it...!!!!:D
