I am 5 foot 7 and i allways set my goal as to be 11 stone? bmi 24.12 ...

BUT my body shape has changed, my belly and legs are bigger now then they were when i was this weight i am now (12.10) so i think i may have to rethink my goal..

to say 10 stone? when i was 10 stone before i looked awfully thin cus i am big boned?

but my weight is coming of at my top... not bottom as much :(

what do you think? what is your goal?

sorry i already done a post about this.... lol

Im 5'7" and originally was heading for 11st but i stopped at 12st as i found that i was starting to look a little gaunt in the face, besides having always been on the large side for most of my life 12st is fine for me, but i supose it depends upon your body shape and age.

i got big bones :) i think? well thats what my mum has always told me lol..

i think 10 for me would be just right.. may even look to skinny.. but i would rather be in proportion, and atleast i be on the lowest side of my bmi... and i can gain some weight without worrying oh no etc.. :) plusi want to be lighter enough for a great home life :) pmsl

Im 5 7, my goal is to be 9 stone something :scale: I have a very small frame and if Im over 10.5 stone I look chubby. When I weigh 10 stone I'm a curvy healthy size 12. BMI is all very well but its not the best indicator for me, Im sure there was something on the net somewhere where you measured your wrists to see what body frame you have, I will have to have a look for it again :)

I am 5 6" I am aiming to be between 10 1/2 and 11 stone. When I previously was this weight (years ago) I was a comfortable size 12 and could get into some size 10's.

I think if I tried to get any lower, I would pile the weight back on as I wouldn't be able to eat normally and sustain my weight

I'm 5 7 and I am aiming for 9 13 only cause I'd love to be 9 something!I may stop before then though.
When I was in my early 20's I was about 10 and a half and I was still a good size 12 and Ideally I'd like to be a 10

    I'm an hourglass, at 9st 9lbs I'm a UK 12 - 14 top and 12 jeans.

See how you go. Perhaps get to 10.5 and see how you feel and perhaps do some weight strengthening to shape your legs or yoga to lengthen the muscles. Maintain this for a while and then aim or re assess your goal weight.

I am 5ft 6 and have a small frame. I am aiming for 10 stone and shall decide when I get there or there abouts what I feel most comfortable at. A few years ago when I weighed ten stone I was a size 12...and I would be happy with that again.
