For those worried about putting weight back on

Hi All

Just wanted to let you all know i've had a month off LL now. My reasons for this was a) because i was messing around picking and getting no where fast b) I was fed up with this diet c) It was my best friends hen wekend in Benidorm and i had no intention of taking any bloody packs with me d) 2 weeks after hen weekend was wedding which again i intended to eat and drink so there was no point restarting, struggling to get back into ketosis only to come back off. Anyway, i'm glad to tell you all i only weigh 8lb more. Now i know 8lb may sound scary to some of you but having talked to my LL counsellor who convinced me the majority of this is glygogen as it happened within first week and has stayed exactly same since, i think this is great. I have eaten and drunk whatever i've wanted, only difference is i have stopped when full and only eaten when hungry. At first i had a bit of problem with not knowing when i was hungry, and only thought about it when i got to the point of feeling sick!!
Anyway, this is a great reassurance to me, hope it is to you.
Back on the old choc shake tomorrow so you may hear from me, probably near to tears later this week.

I'm pleased for you Pokerstar but isn't it a pity that whenever we resume our 'normal' lives we invariably gain weight.

We must be doing something wrong.

p.s. No doubt that 8lbs will shift within a week if you really apply yourself.

Thanks for this. It has been my main worry. I am doing cd (just finished day 2) as getting married in September. I wont be at my goal weight by September and I am aiming to lose about 21ilbs hopefully before wedding. I have lost 2 stone healthy eating prior to this and plan to go back to that a week before wedding and then afterwards but was worried that going to put on a stone in a day as soon as I started eating.
