I feel absolutely gutted!!!! KNEW I shouldn't of and was arguing with myself even when I was choosing

BUT.....

It was the Christmas fare at the school :cry: and I had quiche, and CAKE :sigh:

I have 16 weeks to loose 4 stone :cry:

I'm restarting 100% tomorrow as I'm out all day

I fly out March 22nd :)

I've never felt so guilty about food so sucking it up and WILL be at least 3.5 stone lighter by march!

As I said in your other thread can you break it down to weekly goals perhaps?
Exactly 16 weeks min 3lb a week is 48lbs nearly 3.5stone so if you lose more some weeks you will be well on target.
