Rump steak raw 1 medium 125g = 10pp
Sirlion steak raw lean 1 medium steak 225g = 7pp
Rice brown boiled 150g = 6pp
Potatoes old or new boiled 50g = 1 pp
Pasta white cook 150g = 4 pp
Chicken breast skinless grilled 120g = 4 pp
