    I'm away for a few days and forgot to take my points guide! im planning on having steak tomorrow for dinner can anyone give me the basic points for meat, potato, pasta etc to get me through the next couple of days thank youuu!

    Rump steak raw 1 medium 125g = 10pp
    Sirlion steak raw lean 1 medium steak 225g = 7pp
    Rice brown boiled 150g = 6pp
    Potatoes old or new boiled 50g = 1 pp
    Pasta white cook 150g = 4 pp
    Chicken breast skinless grilled 120g = 4 pp
