forgot to take

hi all, i have completly forgotten to take my tablet tonight... eeeekkkk
ive had a massive salad with fat free (well a trace) of salad dressing, chicken with worcester sauce, garlic salt and a small amount of teryaki sauce... and a weight watchers pud....
whats going nto happen to me???

it doesnt sound like u had much fat anyways!

when i went on holiday i was getting side effects 4 days after i had stopped them so chances r olistat is still in ya blood stream!

Hey Kes, I agree with Katie, dont think you need to worry at all - you had such a low fat meal!

Your dinners always sound so delish! I need to get some dressings (FF) of course and seasonings/spices I think - my teas are always so plain :-( xxx

I think I was told that it was OK to take it up to an hour after a meal.

i completly forgot about it until about 2 hours after... it does say in the instructions that you can take it up to an hour after...
