Im gutted as i had made spaghetti carbonara and im so hungry

Any suggestions whats low syn i can get from Sainsbury's and eat at my desk I have a pot noodle mug snack thing but feel it won't fill me as i want something more substantial! Don't mind using up to 5 syns!!

I would just get loads of fruit!

my fav if you have a microwave get a potato nuke it to a jacket and then make up supernoodls (lf) in the microwave and serve with jacket its a hug in a bowl

Sainsbury's do chicken tikka slices which is free or chicken tikka chunks which are a syn for the whole packet...how about those with potato and salad? xx

Batchelors Pasta n Sauce is good. Most are free, but a few are 1/2 syn. VERY filling!

BGTY roast veg couscous is something like half a syn for the whole pot.

Thanks everyone went for chicken tikka pieces and a mug shot got some fruit salad aswell for nibbling on and im stuffed!!
