Just gettin this ready for next week .....

Due to circumstances outside of my control there has been a hold up in starting.

Start now Tomorrow (Saturday)
 
Ok here goes then...a little later than first planned :(

Breakfast:
1 small pear
1 small banana

Lunch:
3 rashers Back Bacon
1 Square sliced Sausage (.5 Syn) (our local butcher does a fantastic range of SW approved things..)
3/4 Slice of Black Puddin (4 Syns)
3 Eggs
Baked Beans
Fried Tom's
All above fried in Fry Light ( well xcept beans of course lol )
Can Diet Pepsi

to be honest i guess this is more a brunch than a breakfast :p
 
Well it seems the powers that be are determined to upset my plans as we all now have stomach flu and noone can eat anything with any hope of keeping it down so its lookin like the starvation diet for us :(
 
Breakfast:

2 slices nimble white bread ( HE B )
Flora Lighter than light spread from 28g allowance.
Cup of coffee 2 sugar ( 2 Syns )

Still not feelin 100% well so prob wont eat a lot today had virtualy nothin yesterday.
