Four kidneys - will it make any difference re. water intake?

Hi,


I have 4 kidneys and find that as a result I have to drink more fluids to avoid getting kidney pain due to dehydration.

Daft question but will the filtration effect be hampered by the irritating extra 2 kidneys???!
