My luvly Sunday dinner. Was delish... Ate every last pea :D

Hee hee.. It was delish.. I'm not normally one for taking pix of my dinner but I even impressed myself with todays.. I ate every last pea.. Would love the same again tomoro lol

Monday 12th September

Water: 500ml 1lt 500ml
Drinks: Coffee.

Brekkie: Belvita Cereal & milk - 6pp

Lunch: 0pp C&C Soup. 100g Chicken (3) Salad. Dressing (1) - 4pp

Dinner: Didn't have dinner coz I wasn't hungry.. But I snacked on a Why Not bar (3) 2 biscuits (4) Dunnes Light Choc Mousse (2) - 9pp

Snacks: Plum (0) Why Not bar (3) - 3pp

PP's Used: 22/29
Weeklies Used: 0/44

Weekly targets/goals:-
1. Drink 1.5Ltrs water everyday :D
2. Go for at least 3 walks
3. Use up all dailies on 'good' food, not having treats to use them up! :(
4. Try at least one new recipe this week
5. Have at least 3 lunches with NO carbs! :D

Had a crap day yesterday with7 unused dailies :(
Just wasn't hungry at all come dinner time so I made tonights dinner.. Thinking being around food would make me hungry.. Nah.. Didn't work..So had some snacks while watching the soaps but still had 7 unused dailies and most of my dailies were used on junk!! So not looking good so far for WI :(

Strangely the same thing happened to me last night - 10dailies left & loads if weeklies but just wasn't hungry - that never happens!!

Unfortunately it happens quite allot to me.. Last week i just reaching all my dailies but that was * week.. I hate when I've eaten more goodies that good food.. I know it uses up points but its not the key to weight loss.. Very annoyed at myself.. One of my little weekly targets, which i'v only started this week, was to use up ALL my dailies and on GOOD food.. So I let my target down twice in one target!!! Need to pull it back.. Tho its already half 11 (almost) and i've only used 3pp's so far today.. Whoops haha..

Gosh I've used 13pp already just on Brekkie haha! I always have the same breakfasr everyday though & I know it's high pp but I'm on 48pp a day!
Am sure you'll pull it back luv - looks like you are close to hitting your water target today so that's a positive :)
I've had an awful start to the day - 3hours sleep & then had to get up & look after my mum as she was really poorly (happens a lot) so an all emotional & knackered!

I didn't get any fruit in yesterday either oops!

I have now had brekkie and lunch and a mid-morning snack and used 9pp.. So 20 for snacks n dinner.. My afternoon snacks are just fruit and a Why Not bar.. So another 3pp's.. so 17 for dinner.. What to have... hmm.. My BF wants me to cook him dinner so its prob a good job I have so many!!
 
hey hon, quick q... you know the way flora or such stuff has "per 15g" and that works out to 1pp... how much IS 15g? Would that be a tsp or a tablespoon or such, not sure if I'm under or over pointing when I use spreads?

hey chic.. ermm.. Not too sure TBH.. I dont use 'butter' anymore on my sandwiches as it PP's higher than LCCT so I use them instead.. The book show an example and it doesn't look allot.. would weigh it out for ya (and so I kno myself) but my electric scales isn't working at the mo.. It needs a new battery.. And I wouldn't trust the old scales for that.. Will check it out when I get my battery.. Hopefully will get it tonight and will let ya kno.. x

A teaspoon shoukd be 5g so 3 teaspoons is 15g :)
I used to weigh out my flora light every morning till I figured out my little friend teaspoon lol! Hth :)

Thanks hon... 3tsp is about a tablespoon is it? Excellent... I've been using way less than that, I can have a proper amount of spread now :) xx
