Lost 3.5lbs this week and slimmer of the week :D
 
Thursday 12.5.11

Lunch- Blackberries punnet, pasta pot shot chicken flavour- 1 syn

Snack- Light alpen bar x 2 (HEB), 4 Mushrooms, muller light, light babybel x3 (HEA)

Dinner- Chicken breast, SW-chips, baby corn, green beans, ketchup 2tbsps- 2 syns

Snack- Mini twister lolly-2.5syns, milky way funsize- 3.5 syns Maltesters funsize- 5 syns

Total syns- 14

Exercise- Walking 30, 25
 
Friday 13.5.11

Lunch- Blackberries punnet, pasta pot shot chicken flavour- 1syn, light alpen bar x2 (HEB)

Snack- 4 mushrooms, light babybel x 3 (HEA), muller light

Dinner- Beef, SW-chips, baby corn, green beans, ketchup 2tbsps- 2syns

Snack- Walkers crisps- 6.5 syns

Total-9.5

Exercise- Walking 20 minutes
 
Had a 3/4 week break due to seriously ill health but getting back in there. really pleased i've sts with 3 weeks off :)

Snack- Strawberry pack, mushrooms, 1/2 pack green beans, mini twister lolly- 2.5 syns, light babybel x3 (HEA)

Dinner- steak, SW-chips, green beans, babycorn, kethcup 3 tbsps- 3 syns

Snack- chilli snacks- 4 syns, milkyway funsize- 3.5 syns

Total syns- 15

Exercise- walking, 25, 40, Just dance 20
 
10.6.11- Friday

Breakfast- Muller light

Lunch- Blackberries, Nimble wholemeal x2 (HEB), marmite, 2 tsps light flora- 1syn, pasta pot shot chicken flavour- 1 syn

Snack- Blackberries punnet , mushrooms- 8, Blackberries punnet , Strawberries, 2/3 sugar snap peas, chilli snacks- 4 syns, light babybel x3 (HEA)

Dinner- Chicken pieces, SW-chips, babycorn, green beans, ketchup 3tbsps- 3 syns

Snack- walkers 6.5 syns, muller light

Total syns- 15.5

Lunch- 2 eggs, 5 bacon pieces, Nimble wholemeal x2 (HEB), Spaghetti hoops half tin, baby corn

Snack- Blackberries, Light babybel x 3 (HEA), 1/2 pack sugar snap peas

Dinner- 2 turkey breasts, SW-chips, green beans, baby corn, ketchup 3tbsps- 3 syns

Snack- Chilli snacks- 4 syns, funsize maltesers- 5 syns, pasta pot shot chicken flavour- 1syn

Total syns- 13

Exercise- Cross trainer 5, Walking 40, 10
 
12.6.11- Sunday

Dinner- Chicken fillets, SW-chips, babycorn, green beans, ketchup 2 tbsps- 2syns

Snacks- Chilli snacks- 4 syns, funsize milkyway 3.5 syns

Exercise- Just dance 20 mins, cross trainer 5 mins

Lunch- 2 eggs, 2 mushrooms, light cheddar 42g (HEA), Babycorn, green beans, ketchup 1 tbsps- 1syn

Snack- Light alpen bar (HEB 0.5)

Dinner- Gammon, SW-chips, babycorn, green beans, ketchup 3 tbsps- 3 syns

Snack- Chilli snacks- 4syns, blackberry punnet, pasta pot shot chicken flavour- 1 syn

Total syns- 9
