D - roast chicken, loads of gravy, loads of veggies(work out calories later!)

the week just flew by, think its because i didn't have any early starts this week(sometimes i start work at 6 in morning rather than 8) hoping to be good over the weekend, always my 'danger' time! xx:wave_cry:

not a good start for me this morning, had arranged to meet friends for coffee but overslept, so no time for brekkie, got parked up, looked down, one brown boot, one black boot..........ahhhhh!!! had to jump back in my car and start again!(and i don't live in town!) never mind!

Dinner was cooked at home so have weighed and counted this meal properly!

Really pleased this morning, had Thursday and Friday 'off diet' as it was my birthday, got on scales this morning for my monday morning weigh in, 1 and 3/4 pound off!
