Just wanted to share a pudding idea with you all........absolutely free!
Coffee Pud- mix vlf fromage frais with some coffee granules (1 tub of fromage frais with 1.5 tsp coffee)..... I use the Littles flavoured coffee as it dissolves in cold liquid and has a fab taste. They do different flavours and I've found them in Julian Graves and Waitrose.
I've tested the Swiss Chocolate flavoured coffee on hubby and he commented that it was more chocolatey that coffee like!
Perfect for when you want vlf fromage frais with hot chocolate powder (highlights or options) but would prefer to save the syns
