Hello skinnies :)

Im looking for some last minute tips and help - I don't eat fruit so I'm after advice on some free super speed foods? I need to lose just 2lb this week... I've hit the gym twice this week, been really good with food & not eaten too many syns with my tea so any nice speedys or tasty freebies will help me massively :) xxx Thanks in advance!!

I take loads of strawberries and grapes to work to snack on as they give me a good sugar boost when im feeling those hunger pangs and ive increased my water intake too - only thing is it makes me go to the toilet more at work!!! lol

Loads! Non-fruit- Mushy peas, baked beans, most white fish, cockles, crab (canned), squid, broad beans, butter beans, cannellini beans, garden peas, petits pois...
