Fresh Pasta vs dried on green?

    Hiya,

    I have a sneaky feeling fresh pasta needs to be synned on green., is this right?

    Also if I made my own fresh pasta then let it dry outl, would it be free??

    Yes - fresh pasta is not syn free and I don't think your home-made pasta would be either. :(

    Ah! I see.

    But if I made my own that just has flour & egg would this then be free on green? as this would be the same ingredients as dried.
