Syns for day = approx 12.5 :)

Chicken breast with Wholemeal pasta & SW BBQ sauce

Not going to my usual Wednesday class (which I chickened out of last week!), going to one on Sat morning ran by the same consultant so I have some extra time to pull it back & get back on it!

Doh! Just had a bag of plain crisps... 6.5 syns... So I'm now on 19 for the day! They weren't worth it at all! Never mind... On I plod xx
 
Evening all :)

So today's been good... Went Xmas shopping after work and had all sorts of naughty thoughts including McDonalds as I was soooo hungry but I resisted :)

Ended day on 8.5 syns :)

Plan for tomorrow is similar breakfast, lunch is leftover BBQ chicken pasta and I'm cooking a huge lamb & barley stew for tea in the slow cooker :)

So Ive ended the day on less than 5 syns :)

Plan for tomorrow is similar breakfast, leftover stew for lunch and slow cooked beef & shallots for tea, prob with mash & a yorkie pud or two, mmmm :)

Need to go back onto red/green next week, my portion control on EE is terrible lol x
 
Oooh slow cooked beef sounds lush! :)

I can't get my head around EE, I find red/green second nature & better losses lol.

Homemade fish cakes with smoked haddock and smoked bacon with mozarella in the middle ... With mushy peas :)

I'm having a day off on Saturday as I'll be drinking & our planned tea is party food!!
Going to WI on Saturday morning - dont think I'll get a loss but if I can maintain that would be fab :)

Back on it on Sunday.... And hopefully will get some exercise in before Xmas lol!! :)
