Hi All,
I was so pleased when I lost my first stone and got loads of good comments but after I put on 4lbs on holiday I've been stuck losing a 1lb then putting it back on again :break_diet: . I'm determined to have a good week and get back on track - anyone else jumping back on the wagon? My bum is sore from falling off it :eek:. HB x

Ok...you need to get out of holiday mode.
Start by getting all your books out and treating this week as your first ever week again. Write things down religiously and plan ahead instead of "forgetting" what you have had already.
If needs be, take your food diary to your Consultant to have a look over...thats what they are there for, or alternatively if you have kept your old sheets, have a look at them.
Have a look at the food diaries on here for some tips too as well as the recipe section.

Good luck Hun...you just need to get out of that relaxed holiday way of thinking and you will get back on track again.
