I have just discussed with OH, and I can come some wkend!!! I can fly to either East Midlands, or Birmingham. My brother lives near Derby, so that would probs be a good one for me, in that I can stay with him!!
Oh, and I have decided not to weigh this week. I will explain all in my diary, but its part of the CBT thing.
